i would like to register my bitter experience at your Fish and Fresh Super market when i went to buy a Cavins milk packet costing Rs.16 on 6th of December 2012.When i tendered Rs.500 +6 rs coin change they bluntly refused saying that they dont have any change and the Supervisor by name Dayanidhi also answered in the same way in other words they did not bother to sell the Cavins milk packet.Now a days even petty shop keeper will some how arrange for a change from near by shops having the fear of loosing a customer and also the serve the customer with Service Moto,your people did not have the courtesy to answer politely.I never expected this from a super market and one has to conclude that you people do not bother to retain the customer or have any service moto.Even your branch manager Arumugam mobile number -9600154734 was conatcted immediately and had the gutts to reply that i can post this message or matter in any website.the same will be posted in Caninkare products website Coz they are loosing their milk products which are dumped in your cold storage
