CADDONS COMPUTER SERVICE is very worst, they wont value customers, they all irresponsible with customers. Actually the service would be free if our laptop is under warranty, but even it is in warranty they tried to charge for OS installation and etc. I am suggesting u guys dont go to CADDONS , if u have any laptop issues you can visit Symmetric computers service btm 2nd stage bangalore. I faced lot probmes with Caddons and Caddons guys.

I purchased a lenovo laptop from authorized showroom, and i faced a problem of DISPLAY FLICKERING from the day one. I raised the complaint with lenovo customer care in bangalore, and they suggest to meet CADDONS copmputer service center which is located at banashankari(blore).I went and met with a guy his name is RAHUL,he is a head of the office. He is very careless about customer problems, he is simply saying that its a problem of Operating system and he said re install OS once again and i did that and went to the office next morning. after re installing the OS he is saying this is a problem of ur OS, give us ur laptop for 2 days we install genuine OS for that we will charge for 800rs. My laptop is under warranty even though he is speaking with me very careless and irresponsibly , that guy his literaly made me very impatient, at the one moment i felt why would i purchased LENOVO laptop. Finally he is arguing me and he is not at all solved my problem. these people r partners of lenovo and they get good packages from lenovo for servicing lenovo laptops, but these people are dangerous they collecting money even our laptop is under warranty and they r having poor service . Finally i am saying dont go for caddons computer service, and dont meet with the guy his name is RAHUL, If u have any laptop related issues under warranty just go to SYMMETRIC COMPUTERS which is loacate BTM 2nd stage, they will give u prmpt service and they r genuine...
