They auto modify the package for maximum amount rendered. I asked for 5 hours/ 50 Km package. It was just pickup and drop and I mentioned it as well. After the trip, they charged me for 3 hours/ 30 Km package and all extra as Rs 15/ km. The driver was amazingly rude and ill mannered. I talked to they customer representative, and he started cursing and saying that he don't want customers who argues. If you want a cab to have peace of mind of easy on pocket, then this is the service you must avoid at all cost. You've been warned.
