My Night mare at Concorde Motors, First of all it is located at outskirts of bangalore and pathetic customer service, I had to visit it as my car broke down and had to tow my car there, was assigned a customer service guy named Mallikarjuna and was told my car ECU(electronic control unit) was gone and needs replacement, Had to wait for almost a week to get the part replaced which was fine by me, But the wort part comes now.
Inspite of telling Mallikarjun to keep my windows closed as the car could get dirty inside when I received the car it was black inside, and when asked why it was dirty, the response by this guy was " you think I dont have better worK?" and I made my hands dirty to put it in your car" after having spoken to another Service manager who got some guy to clean it I came home to notice the inside roof was sticky and looked bad!!
I would rate this Center by Concord - 10 but unfortunately it is not provided!!!
