The location and ambience of the Spa is great. In a quite neighbourhood off intermediate ring road. The Spa lighting, ambience etc is good. A hot towel and welcome drink provided. Choose a 1.5 hour balinese massage. Kim was the massage therapist. Thought she was too petite when i first saw her but she gave a good powerful massage. Did not use the steam/neither was one offered. The place is neat & clean.
Only issue I had was that massage was not done for 1.5 hour. I suspect their was mis-communication from the receptionist to therapist. Did not make a big issue out of it though.
Canât say if the products used - oil etc are of top class.
One thing they need to remove from their website is the claim that all therapistâs are from Thailand - It seems it was so when they opened however it is not so now.
