I purchased gold jewellery worth 25 gms and guess the wastage!!! It was 5 gms. (20%). The design is not very complicated that they would charge so much of wastage. My aunt also had visited this place and she exchanged some old gold and just because it was 22k and not BIS, they straight away took it only for 75%. Over all not a very reasonable place :( . No wonder ul find it empty all the time....
