Guys n girls ,here is an interesting point.
Your advance amount is not safe with Suraksha Homes either. You will not receive your advance amount ... This is for sure. They will cite stupid ,non-genuine reasons for not providing your advance amount.
A diplomatic,greedy owner and his loyal poor Manger who begs money from the inmates of the hostel when he needs.
Do not part with your money when it comes to Suraksha Homes. U'd find better PGs in Domlur,Kundanahalli,HSR Layout,Koramangala and Teacher's Colony.
Conclusion- If you value your money and care for your safety-DO NOT GO TO SURAKSHA HOMES.
Note: If you have stong men in your custody u can afford to enjoy the luxury at Suraksha Homes and still manage to get your money back :D :D
SURAKSHA HOMES is the name of the PG. They have lots of branches in Bangalore.
People don't get carried away by the ads or facilities in Suraksha Homes.
Beware!!! Security is an issue here..Looks are deceptive.
Difficult Situations you may have to go through:
-They may or may not provide water cans on time.
-The maid or may not be questioned if the rooms are not tidy.
-You may or may not be insulted or shouted at for not having the rent with you when the Manager or any of the Owner's agents come for collection in the beginning of the month.
-You may or may not receive your advance amount on time on deciding to leave this safe place (:D)
-The Manager may or may not borrow money from you when he needs to returns somebody's advance but will never be grateful.
The list is endless.
But the major issue is SECURITY.Yes you read it right .Security or Suraksha is a major concern in this PG.
Supporting Incidents:
-Recently a man had gotten into one of the Surkasham Homes' ladies PG via the balcony and stolen a camera. Thank God the girls were unaffected.Parents and families if you wish your girls and boys to be safe and secure,if you feel they shud have Suraksha,please DONT send them to Suraksha Homes.The name is misleading.
-The guys' PG in Koramangala has been mentioned in many websites as the best PG in Bangalore. Do not get carried away.
Again Suraksha is the issue in Suraksha Homes.
More issues:
-The cooks may or may not misbehave or talk rudely or use vulgar language to the inmates(be it guys or gals).
-The cook may borrow money from you and not return until you go beg him for days together.The cook may not may not flick your items.
Recent issue (A cook in their PG was alleged of flicking a lady's property)

- The food items you store in the fridge may or may not go missing. Of course, you cannot complain.
If you call up the owner to share your problems,he may or may not attend the call. Please do not expect him to solve your issue (You are sure to face lots in this P.G).You can only expect him to say,"Please leave the PG."
Nevertheless,the expectation from you is :
Pay your rent when the Manager comes. Otherwise he doesn't mind waking you up at 11pm to get his rent for the month.
Guys n Girls,do not opt for Suraksha Homes at all if you consider Security as a major factor while looking out for a P.G.
You might be carried away on seeing the faciities (One small fridge,one TV) but always keep in mind if you have self-respect and value your safety in your PG in terms of your self ,your valuables.. This is not the place for you.
One Cook and a building of 25+ guys or gals is how it is there.If you have no issues there, you are safe.
If you face any issue, you are to be blamed..The rent is expensive, meanging it is not the worth the experience there.
If you lots of money to spend on worthless PGs,then Suraksha Homes is the place for you.
