If you want to experience the worst customer service of your life then do waste your money on some item from them.i ordered sofa cloth for 3+2 seater purchased few yrs bck from them.they took an advance payment of 8000 rs promising shipping within 10 days. after a series of repeated calls frm my end n false promises of call back frm theirs got cloth after almost 3mnths.they had promised a home delivery at the time of purchase then finally said pl collect on own from our south ex shop.after complaining to supervisor satyender, it was decided tht their tailor wud get it.the tailor Shankar was a bigger nightmare with no work ethics, rude behaviour, sum1 who wud avoid ur call.after repeated phone calls n harassment we finally got our sofa renewed at a price of 22000 Rs against the initial price of 7000 Rs quoted by the tailor.he wasted a lot of material which we had purchased(foam, fibre etc).sofa seats were made slanted n narrower in width compared to the original.We had ordered a total cloth of 16+2 meters.2 meters being for renewing our dining table chairs purchased from their Mumbai store a couple of years back.Till today the material for 1 chair is still lying with their tailor. The tailor doesnt pick up phone.When i call in the store whoever is in the shop says the supervisor Satyender is gone for lunch. For the past 2 hrs he is having lunch evn today.no call back after repeated calls.sick behaviour.They cheat people with fraudulent work practices. When the sofa was opened for renewing it was found that they use fibre boards n cheap quality wood in their sofa. THe same model is on display in their store for 62000 Rs.They dont value customer loyalty. My entire home furniture was purchased from their Mumbai Store a couple of years back. A fraudulent cheat company like this deserves an official enquiry from consumer forum n the customer care officers should be fined.
