I traveled by KPN A/C sleeper from Bengaluru to Chennai on 13th of this month.
The whole experience was bad, right from the boarding point at Kalasapalayam to Chennai. The staff were rude, boarding point was horrible, cell phone chargers inside the bus was not working, long stop at T nagar to unload luggage and then finally they stopped in the middle of the road near Koyambedu CMBT.
These guys were the best some years back and it is sad to see them going down :-)
