If you are looking for a responsible place for your kids, please do not send your kids to Honey Kids Day care . My daughter used to go to this place till she met with an accident there.
One day I got a call from the centre and they told me that my daughter had got some insect bite on her elbow and that she would not stop crying. We hurried back to the centre and found her not crying but very quiet. Her right arm was loosely hanging from her shoulder and she would wail if at all we touched her arm. The centre owner ( Ms. Nidhi) told me that she was playing and suddenly started crying. On having taken her to the Fortis Hospital and after having done an Xray the doctors told us that her arm had a major fracture at the elbow. My daughter had to undergo a surgery and she was just one and a half years old. She could not tell us clearly what happened but she conveyed to us that she did fall. The doctors told us that unless she had a major fall, her elbow would not have broken in this manner. I called the day care once again to find out what actually happened, but they would not tell me anything. They just repeated the old story that she was just playing and suddenly started crying.
As a parent, I understand that despite care and proper attention, accidents do happen. But I need the people taking care of my children to let me know clearly even about a minor fall that they would have. Not only was the day care irresponsible, but they also lied to us about the fracture, which is definitely not acceptable to me
After this incident, I obviously stopped sending my kid to this day care, but they did not even care to call me and ask about the kid and what happened to her. This shows their attitude.
Please do not send your kids to this place as they are not responsible and would not care to lie to you about your kids. God forbid your kid meets with an accident there and they would not even tell you about it.
