We had given three blouses on 15th Dec for a wedding to be held on 22nd Dec. Two were for the bride and one for bride's sister in law.
All three were stitched with totally incorrect measurements in totally unwearable states.
1. Two blouses of the bride were falling off the shoulder. It was loose at different places. In spite of altering three times right on the day of ceremony, right fit was not achieved.
2. In the third blouse, one sleeve was loose and other was tight. We had given a latkan of Rs. 60 to attach to the blouse, however, Jashn lost it.
3. We tried to contact Jashn, and the designer, Rekha Sawant. However, first two times, the designer was not available. Third time, we waited for 3 hours for the designer to arrive. Even after discussing with the designer, and retaking the measurements, still, the blouses were stitched with incorrect fittings.
All the charges (Rs. 1299 per blouse) were paid upfront. After the wedding, we contacted Jashn, however, in stead of resolving our complaint, they showed confrontational attitude, because of this, we have decided to sue them.
Really shameful customer service, and extreme mismanagement of orders.
