Worst possible chain in terms of buying furniture or anything to do with getting the delivery later.
They stick 7 days and 15 days delivery stickers on all the products and will promise you delivery even before that...but surprise...delivery will never happen...not 15 days, not a month , not even 45 days later...and everytime I called them they lied, saying that its on the way , will be delivered tomorrow, in the afternoon etc etc. (Btw this was specifically to do with furniture)
In second case, I ordered the fancy wash basin set (with storage) etc. They said it was available in their Bangalore warehouse and they can deliver next day (max 7 days). And then again the entire cycle of lying , we are sending tomorrow, 2 days etc started.
And to top it all they take entire payment upfront. Zero customer focus and ofcourse BIG LIARS.
My verdict, go to any road side shop, big showrooms or anywhere but never buy anything which you cant take right away with you from Home Town!
