I have a Philips trimmer which my brother presented to me from Melbourne. I had hardly used it a couple of times, when it got damaged by my kids. I had given it to the philips service center and they took nearly two weeks to say that it cannot be repaired. I took it to utlima based on a lead from my friend. U will not believe they repaired it in a days time. HATS OFF to you guys.
