We went to Dr.batra clinic in Koramangala for my daughters treatment. She never had any hair loss problem. Just after using the medicine for 10 days she started loosing hair. when we complained them they are not accepting its because of the medicine. They billed me for 10,800 anual package i told them that i am not happy with the treatment and want to discontinue the treatment they told that still I have to pay for 12 months whether I get the treatment done or not.
They are cheaters and I dont recommend it to any body. they dont even spare small kids.I want them to refund all the money . Dr.Sanjay and radhika are so arrogant and they are not accepting their mistake
I want the general public to be beware of such frauds. dont beleive thier advertisements and false testimonials
very bad. cheating. they cheat people with advertisements. first they increase your disease and later they claim they controlled it. I went for a hair loss therapy and my problem is aggreavated after that. its a one year treatment and on the first day they will charge for whole one year on your credit card giving all attractive EMI options. dont trust them. even if yoou want to discontinue treatment after one month your credit card will be billed and they have no refund policy. Beware of cheaters.All fraud. Unfortunately unlike america we dont have client protection policy. if some body doesn't like to get treated after One month they should not bill him for whole year.
