Excellent hospitality experience
I visited the place on a busy weekend. My appointment was at 4 pm, but got a bit delayed as previous customers were delayed in reporting..They however took good care of me during 15 min wait. They explained the issue clearly and told me when I will be taken in for my treatment. The therapist was very well trained and courteous and so was the doctor who attended to me in reception. The over all experience and ambiance was so good that I thought the 15 min delay was worth it...The manager called the next day to take feedback..They really care for their customer..Must visit when you are in Thane next
