My experience is same as Pratima. We had a real good experience choosing and hiring the car, which was a brand new santro. He charged Rs 300 delivery charges for giving us the car at night 2am in Madgaon station, which was reasonable. His driver also offered me I can return the car by 9pm without any extra charges. But on the last day afternoon, his manager called up and asked for 200 rs collection charges, or else return the car by 6pm. Having no better options, I agreed to return the car by 10.30pm with a late charge of 300 . Then another guy called at 8.30pm, and said you have to deliver the car in 30min, or else you have to pay rs 500. I called up the owner, as he had earlier assured me of no charges for return. He arrogantly told me i have no time for you, and if you want give the car during day time without extra charges or be ready to pay more. The same guy who talked so politely during booking, turned out to be the most unmannered, uncultured and unethical person I have ever dealt with in relatively no time. So please guys, unless u reach goa in the middle of the night, do not book your car on phone/online, and stay away from rouges like these...Mods...please remove this guys listing if possible...it simply tarnishes the website credibility.
