Service commitment and quality of Flower Aura (www.floweraura.com) is worst. I booked an order to deliver a bouquet to my wife on Valentine's day. I booked it in very advance (February 12, order number is 39051), however, they havenât yet delivered it. It is 9:37 pm now, and I donât know the status of my order. I called them several times, however, most of times their phones were busy or ringing but nobody responded. Fortunately, a couple of times they responded to my call, however, they didn't had the status of my order.
Donât rely on this website. Their services are totally unreliable, no commitment and no value of customer emotions. They are totally fake people. They have totally spoiled my day, therefore I thought to write a review so that other people can think twice before ordering anything from this website
