I could have given them a minus star! WORST service possible...we bought an LG ac , a 40 inch samsung full hdd lcd tv , a 570 lit lg refrigerator and many small things worth around 1.5 lakhs in a single go. The lg ac on installation was faulty. instead of replacing it, they logged a complaint for repair! a brand new ac...and when we contacted lg , who finally replaced it in 1 week, they told us that reliance should have replaced it. its their'dead on arival' policy. but ZERO service from them...they were concerned on just selling and nothing after that. we still are awaiting the gitanjali diamond sets that were to come a week before as a part of their promotion . but no information from them....our phone calls are never answered properly. I would never go to them again.
