Dear sir,
I have purchased one micromax mobile canvas A100 in Dec 2012 i.e last two month back for my daughter at bhubaneswar, odisha in leuis road, Mobile point.
whithin seven days the mobile gets problem and went to micromax servicing centre ,Sahid Nager, bhubaneswar and told about the problem.Just they have change
the speaker and told it is rapaired. Then after 15 days again problem Occours,went service centreon 23 jan2013, they have told pl give the mobile for 15 days to check problem,
After three days the service centre told that the mother board has gone and we have already asked the head office toget the mother board ,Since last 10 days we are keep on asking
about our mobile, But they are reply that mother board has not come, sir pl tell us how micromax mobile company is satifying the custmoer.That means I suggest people not take any
type of micromax mobile.Since one month my daughter is harssed by your servicing people.sir pl take necessary action.
