happened to go to Looks - SHIPRA mall , today for body wax and was attended by an assistant - Ms Anjali Sharma. She suggested me chocolate wax which was a little pricey then the regular wax but when she completed the task , it was done in the most untidy way possible. patches of hair were left altogether. I realized it, after the payment was made ( which also was exorbitant , compared to the service ) . Later when i asked for a refund I was told, they don't hv a policy to refund , plus the lady MANAGER was extra rude . They agreed that its a mistake , but they refused to refund the money.
all in all this place is over priced and has highly untrained staff. LOOXX parlor which is adjacent to this one is much BETTER.
