in jan 13 i & my friend contact infant packers & movers for transporting our luggage from bangalore to jalpaiguri(WB). Rohit sharma came to see our luggage & for contact, but he is not at all bother to see the luggage only thing he is interested to talk about money. he said the bill will be less if we pay him something in the other way.after settling the amount one day he came for advance, then also he didn't check the luggage.on the day of packing he was supposed to come at 0700 hrs but he send a truck with 4 boys, one of them may be an adult the rest are below 14 yrs of age. they even unable to pick up trunk, by anyhow they pick up my luggage & went for my friend's house there he saw the luggage and start arguing for extra amount. and threatening if i don't pay he will through my luggage,my friend has train at 2000 hrs he start arguing with him also and make him to pay double the amount initially he promised, we pay it and settle the issue at 1800 hrs, he promised to deliver the luggage by 02 feb13. when we ask for bill he promised to give it next day early morning. the moment we call him he keep on post ponding the time. then we left bangalore and ask my friend to collect the bill but he didn't turn around to hand it over. he asked for email id but he never send the bill. the moment we ask for luggage he never gives a reliable reply, most of the time he don't even picks up the phone, even if he picks up he said some others name. after 1 month he gives a contact number of some other transporter and his reply is that rohit didn't pay him so he will drop it somewhere else.otherwise we should pay it. we contact to our other friends they also say the same thing, if someone has received his luggage it is in very poor condition. it is almost 45 days after handing over our luggage, now we are in doubt whether does it exit now or some thing else has happened to it.now he replies in such a way that it has become our duty to find out our luggage. even railway service is much better than infant service. our govt should be more vigilant on such type of transporter. it is the worsest service i ever had seen.
