Hi This is joseph.i bought bike(splendor NXG black) last february. i had a one small accident june due to that front scoop has broken. Till now i was interacting with your customer service people for ordering the front scoop. I had not got any response regarding this. Whenever i am reaching customer service people they are saying that it will be ready within 10 to 15 days. Almost it has taken more than five months. Is this way you people will respond to the customers when they are in need. If this kind of service your are providing then i would have bought someother company bikes like PULSAR.
