She said, "M'aam, this is a taxi service, do you want the service or not?" RUDE!!!!! VERY RUDE TONE!!!! No, I did not engage the services based on the rude nature of the lady who answered on the number of 08026664666. When you are in a business that is entirely 'Customer Service', how can you be so rude to a customer who is asking for your service????
