Dear All, I am an alumini of International institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi; and I must say that my experience at IICA has been by far exceptional.
The website does not do justice to how good this institute is, therefore I felt i must personally tell all of you how good this institute is. I came across this institute after completing my Hotel Management in UK, after studying there for 3 years plus 2 years of work experience in Radisson Edwardian Hotels in London, i was looking for some specialization in culinary arts. Once i saw the website I immediately called the number visible there, and to my surprise I got through directly to the Chairman Mr. Virender S Datta who was soooo helpful. He later connected me with the Chefs at the institute who guided me through and through. I must say unlike other institutions I have seen in UK or India, IICA was by far a true educational institute.
Most of all, I would like to thank both Mr. Virender S Datta (Chairman, IICA) & Chef Sumit Gupta (Sr. Sous Chef IICA) who guided me and helped me become what I am today. Finally, what makes me so proud being a part of this institute is that despite that IICA had already fullfilled each and every promise they had made, the faculty & owners went the extra mile of finding me a job even after my course was completed; not only did they find me my dream job, today I stand proud as a Chef De Partie in a 5 star hotel in New Delhi.
