U all should do a proper research before buying any property ...whether its from Alien or from some other builders.... because its a long term investment...Few of you are claiming that they are running out of cash....You can go with your bankers/lawyers and can ask for full detail/plan of balance sheet of the company and how they are going to fund this project... before making a decision.....I did that...and I do have faith that they will successfully complete this venture.....because Aliens group name is at stake....and for that they have to deliver.....
2009-11 was a bad phase for real state...moreover Telangana issue was hovering over Hyderabad....which affected the all projects in hyderabad.....Even big builders delayed their projects....
So do your homework .....do not just convinced by reading anyones's post that ASS-1 will not exist......
You can make out by reading negative post - Nobody is mentioning his flat Number and Name....They should do so....So that new interested buyers can actually ask builder about their negative publicity... ...But I firmly believe nobody will do that....
