Have you heard of the Consumer Protection Act of 1986? If not, I have just attached a few lines from there below (taken from wikipedia) -
The objectives of the Central Council is to promote and protect the rights of the consumers such as:-
a) the right to be protected against the marketing of goods and services which are hazardous to life and property.
b) âÃÂàthe right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods or services, as the case may be so as to protect the consumer against unfair trade practices.
c) âÃÂàthe right to be assured, wherever possible, access to a variety of goods and services at competitive prices.
d) âÃÂàthe right to be heard and to be assured that consumer's interests will receive due consideration at appropriate forums.
e) âÃÂàthe right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices or restrictive trade practices or unscrupulous exploitation of conÃÂÃÂsumers; and
f) âÃÂàthe right to consumer education.

Why would I avail your services, when you kept changing your price? Your standard prices are not mentioned anywhere! There was no leaflet, no brochure nothing that mentioned your prices. 'We believe in the quality of our training facility and services hence the packaged plans and related pricing', you dint show me any packages or plans coz you dint have it anywhere. Do you know that people do not have to pay for your services if the price is not mentioned and you can be taken to court? So maybe you can improve on that. Just FYI, I am pissed that you tried to scam me but I am also a consumer who is aware of her rights.
If you hadn't lied to my face you would have had a valuable customer, but you lost out on that. And who would you like me to talk to when you are one of the owners of the gym?
And I have spoken to other customers in your gym and am aware of how much they pay. So NO I would never join your gym.
