Do not ever go to Axon Hospital in indiranagar. I have never seen worst hospital ever than this. Even hospitals in small towns take better care than this hospital in Bangalore. Nurses are not trained properly, Very poor care for the patient, Unnecessary tests, Doctors do not have control over emotions and talks in harsh voice with patient and patients attendants. Running this hospital just for the sake of money not for good treatment. We admitted my brother for malaria treatment and when platelet count shows low. They conducted all blood tests, urine tests, tests for Dengue and started treatment. Next day they came and told we need to get done his ECG, 2-d echo, abdominal scanning. When we asked why 2d echo and ECG for a malaria patient then nurse told that the physician wrote to get it done all these tests. When we ask can we talk to the physician then immediately nurse went and talked to someone and came telling 2D Echo is not necessary. Other day when we ask the doctor now patient is well and can we go home and continue the same treatment using tablets doctor started shouting on the patient telling your kidneys got damaged, liver is not functioning properly and high +ve malaria, in this kind of situation do you want us to discharge? this is how Dr. Amar behaved with the patient. Next day he came for rounds and told its miracle everything is fine now and you can be discharged. Can this happen in over night. This is how the treatment in Axon.
They are not running hospital it is marwadi business . If you choose to go to that hospital think twice before getting admitted.
