Dear Ms. Priya ( IN THE CUSTOMER ACRE DEPARTMENT ) I have received the following email ( AN EMAIL RECEIVED FROM YOU WHICH HAVE BEEN IN MY RECORDS ) and would request you to check your records for my verbal communication with your representatives in the recent one week's time. ( You are mentioning a wrong info in your below email that your dept has been trying to call me and I was not reachable ...pl don't try to divert the topic ) I have definately been contacted by someone in your team last week and he was not able to solve my query ( the second time , the first time when i called you people 2 weeks back , your customer care ( female - that time ) executive din't know anything regrading the concern that I had , which is very unprofessional ) . Last week , I had told your customer service executive to connect me to someone senior who is well known about the processes and he committed me that he shall make a call back arrange , which never happened from your end ( as it was a a fake story ) . I beleive that your customer service team is incapable , incompetent and very unprofessional to handle customer's queries and this is just not accepted by a brand like HDFC , at least . My query is still not resolved as your management din't find it important to call me and solve my queries which is very insulting and thus I would not like to continue with your services at all as this is a :Pathetic Attitude : to deal with your clients ( and will share my concern with the top management in your brand ).No one from your management ( senior professionals ) took an intiative to call me and solve my concerns / issues TILL DATE . Very bad experience dealing with your brand .Let me quit out ( as I don't want to deal with a brand which has this kind of unprofessinal attitude ) , would request you / concened senior person ( not the customer care executive ) to still call me once if you are bothered enough to know the concerns or else I shall again escalate this issue to the top management , FOR SURE . Hope you revert via call. I am reachable 24 x7 on 9818803474 . Very Bad experience dealing with a brand like HDFC credit cards !Pathetic Brand !Regards! sukriti
