10/4/2013 Subject: Chevrolet fails to live up to promises made, but succeeds in dissatisfying the customer to the highest level!!!!! Dated 6/4/13 My Chevrolet beat went for its regular service under AMC at Ashtavinayak Oshivara branch Gogeshvari (west). Within no time I got a call from Mr. Ganesh Gaikwad offering me to get the minor dents and scratches on my doors and panels do be done up under cashless insurance claim of New India assurance. This was not my pre requisite before sending the car but later on was insisted and convinced by the above mentioned person to do the same along with the break issues. Did not understand the intensions then but later on after 5 days when the car was delivered at late evening, at the very first sight before taking the delivery along with the delivery boy I noticed the scratches in dim light and tried to inform the concern person for the same. It was a shocker to me to realize that the company claimed insurance charges from New India assurance (11,000) but failed to resolve the problems as promised and expected. After me being so lenient in terms of the deadline and not pressurizing them for quick delivery I was dissatisfied with the service and felt taken for a ride. On contacting Mr Ganesh Gaikwad he was trying to run around the bush and was trying to search for loop holes but unfortunately he was being caught on all occasions. Since he could not satisfy my quarries he forwarded me to the manager of body shop department named MR AJIT NAIK . Just as the conversation started the person claimed of not being GOD to resolve and answer all my questions. I was taken aback with such kind of obstinate answer. Later on when my mother tried to explain him about the unfulfilled promises made by his subordinate Mr Ganesh Gaikwad he had the audacity to back answer and talk in an absolute arrogant, unprofessional, unpleasant and inappropriate manner especially to a women customer and challenging her to do what so ever she could do to her fullest powers when she informed him of complaining to the insurance company about the false claims settled by him in regards to my car. It is my humble request to all my cheavy owners to be cautious and careful that the same is not repeated on to you. And please don’t trust the service provider blindly and check the car after service, if actually service has been done. Cause this seems to me a matter of general habit/practice which is done on regular bases. Causing big losses to customers and insurance companys. It is my sincere request to the top management of Chevrolet India to look into the matter with serious concerns as the claims that the company is making of “customer satisfaction” is being absolutely nullified by such unprofessional employees. From my past experiences I have got far better services and respect from roadside local garages run by illiterate personals. It is a matter of utmost shame and disgrace to the reputation of the company which is amongst the world’s leading brands.
