I wish, we had read these reviews before calling them. The technician came and recommended re-installing the OS. During hte progress he mentioned that the hard-disk is not responding (sounds familiar)? Luckily i refused to give laptop with removing personal data and hence asked him to come after a couple of days. Now, there is no response from there end inspite of repetitive calls. My laptop is totally non-functional and i am not sure where to get it restored. Atleast my personal data is saved and is not exposed.
