Very poorly managed shipment company
Approached the company for shipment to hyderabad from bangalore.
Packing was done on Saturday and we were told to collect the same on Monday.
The Package arrived in the early hours of tuesday.
the driver had no mobile, hence no contact was established till it reached hyderabad.
2 of my luggage were missing and the management said they were not responsible, as we didnt insure the same.
Go for it, if u wanna get it done for less cost. Customer query handling is probably the worst u will ever experience. They have several middlemen in the process, so safe arrival of baggage is doubtful.
My take: Its been one of my worst nightmares and I would not recommend anyone to go for this company.
