Ph. 080-41143778 (from more than a month i'm trying to reach them on this no. but every time when i call, it says number busy. Would you believe that from more than a month everyday I will try atleast for minimum of 30 to 40 times and I could not reach them)
Worst Front Desk Customer Sevice team of 2, and they very good knowledge of harrasing customers and don't know the difference between LCD and LED.
Hats off! to DELL for calling them a Authorized Service Center.
What is Diagnosis Charge?
Why do most of the customers get same problem to Replace Hard Disk?
Why is the price difference between you own Authorized Service Centers for same Parts?
Do DELL want to earn commission from these DAMSSC? For sure, we all have to recommend DELL for doing great job like this.
