The after sale service is terrible. We purchased a mini water cooler that developed problems within the warranty period. We called on Monday to place a service request and was told that within two days somebody would come. On wednesday evening when we called again, we were told that someone would come by Saturday!! The sales rep was not interested in making even the smallest attempt at addressing the situation. Please beware of the lack of after sales service when buying from this store.
