The first time I went to their store at Oberoi mall, it was a pleasant experience and the staff was courteous. I took a 6 month pack of soft contacts from them. This time around, there was a lady by the name of Rupal who was absolutely uncourteous, stern faced, no smile on her face and she treated me as if she was in authority of all things ! My lens power is well below 2 and she ended up almost convincing me that my eyesight was about to deteriorate drastically....I came out of the store feeling that I was to turn blind soon !! While checking my eyes, she conveniently would keep me waiting and attend phone calls and make casual talk over the phone !!
I would not go there again unless it were an EMERGENCY !!
