Very bad quality.
I was initially impressed by their range and pricing, plus the fact that they customise furniture as per your requirements. I placed an order for a bed, and one of the customisations i asked for was an off-white powder coating (they only offer black as the standard colour, or else they offer paint). I was recommended to stick to black, since the furniture gets damaged in transit (they are made in Kolhapur) and they can touch it up here. However, since I didn't want black, I paid Rs 1000 extra for the colour I wanted.
The result: I really wish I hadn't bought this bed. The powder coating was damaged as they had promised (they seem to be good at delivering their promise of poor quality!) But what's much worse is that it has been done so badly, the bed looks like a cheap, damaged piece picked it up from a junk shop. The coating is so thin that you can make out the rough surface of the metal, and terribly patchy. Additionally, they seem to have done the powder coating by the side of a busy highway, because you can clearly see the grey dust that settled and stuck to the coating while it was drying. Plus the plywood base they had included in the cost was dirty, stained and so badly warped that there was a gap of almost a centimetre between the frame and the plywood. When I called them, they refused to take responsibility for the quality of the powder coating, dismissing it with a "we told you to get it done in black". The plywood they thankfully replaced, but it is still a slightly warped piece, so the bed creaks every time you move.
Definitely to be avoided.
