Horrible!! Terrible!! Absolutely Unsafe!!
I am currently taking my son here for smimming and I wish I had read a few more reviews before admitting him here. Just giving you some points so that parents can decide for themselves.
1. Absolutely Unprofessional behavior. Classes are cancelled with no information
2. Husband and wife team are running several other businesses at the same time. Leaving nobody in charge of the pool. I have been a witness to this several times.
3. Once fees are collected, they lose interest in you.
4. As for the claim to lifeguards being present it is all rubbish. Most days the instructor doesn't even get into the pool. Swimming is not taught long distance.
5. Filthy changing room, instructor does not shower before getting into the water, kids are not encouraged to shower before or after.
6. The instructors son is allowed free use of the pool facilities. Knowing how to swim, he serves as a huge distraction for both the instructor and the other children. I have witnessed personally the nuisance he creates when he is in the pool.
7. Not going to talk about safety..because none exists. Children are left un attended in the pool when the instructor is on the phone or conducting private business outside the pool.
In short.... Stay away. Unless of course your childs wellbeing isn't important to you. Oh and by the way, I have heard the instructor mention that he gets friends and family to add positive reviews on websites...so don't go by what are essentially paid reviews!!!!
