For a comment written on Nov 9, 2009 two different ids have responded on the same day - Aug 9, 2010. This clearly indicates that it is a damage control measure tried by shop owners. Good try guys! Better luck next time. And the next time, please write on two different dates ;)

Guys, Unless you face a real issue, things might just be fine. Its only in such adhoc circumstances you see what customer service is all about. And the way he dealt with me during the issue, speaks a lot about his professionalism. If you have been having a good experience so far, good for you. I have quoted my experience out here as a customer! You are free to quote your experiences and not to disregard any bad experiences that someone else has encountered!

How do you thrive in business when there is huge competition and that too from large players in the market? There are lot many things to it, but then a very basic and must attribute is Customer Service. From this shop, that's the least you can expect. I'm a regular customer to this shop and went to buy a new mobile and exchange my old mobile in the same place. The owner promised to transfer the entire data from my old mobile to my latest one. After doing the necessary buying formalities, while transfering the data, the Shop Owner(Dilip) owing to some system error in their laptop, deleted my numbers by mistake and transferred someone else's data into my mobile and cliamed that it cannot be recovered at all. There are more issues in this that what meets the eye. 1. Transfer of someone else's data to mine. So if this falls into some wrong hands, you can imagine the kind of mental trauma that one will go through.2. After erroneously deleting the contacts from my mobile, th guy din't even care to explain the mistake. On top of it, when I mentioned about the kind of loss I have gone through because of my contacts loss, he simply said "Do not Exaggerate". Now that's the least and the worst you can expect from someone who has done a damage beyond repair.3. Even without being asked, he paid my cash back and returned my old mobile.
