i purchased an AC unit -PANASONIC MAKE from the above dealer on 16 may13,
their intrestr is just to sell and forget the customer
they charged me
Rs 27800/- for AC UNIT
Rs 2000 for stabiliser - no bill
Rs 1200 /- for installation - no bill , NOW THE FORGOTTON STORY
TODAY when rep from PANASONIC VISITED it was observed the indpoor unit had a rattling noise - some thing damaged
The outdoor unit was defective- REMIITING REVERSE CURRENT FROM EARTH WIRE AND BLOWING THE MCB.
I tried to contact PANASONIC - they referred the matter to some other dealer .
i feel being cheated by the dealer for supplying defective unit to me , can anyone guide where to report and esclate ,
