I Sarbani Kar hereby complain that I gave my Zen Estilo car for paid service on 21st May 2013 at dewars garage and explained all the proublem and difficulties that we are facing to Mr Ujjal and he said that he will deliver the car the next day solving all the problems . i went for delivery but I was surprised to find that none of problems was solved and I was asked to pay a bill of Rs 11,198.00 When my driver saw he complained that the problems are not met then before checking I should not pay which I complaind they said it is a BIG MISTAKE ON HIS PART AND I SHOULD NOT COMPLAIN THEY WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM .I totally lost faith on them .They charged the amt. for what? Previously I took delivery of the car without checking then from now onwords I LOST FAITH ON DEWARS WORKSHOP . I HAVE TO THINK BEFORE CHOOSING DEWARS for servicing the car. They played with the GOODWILL of the Co. I demand an answer for my harassment and I FEEL CHEATED by UR CONCERN.
