During dec 2012 u had scheme of 30% discount on frames, this was the reason i had visited ur shop to change frame only, but as it turned out this was fr buying lens as well under conditions apply, having come i did purchase set of frame bill no.c2496 10th dec 12,
this frame brook near nose bridge , when i visited shop with this problem & point out this is less than 6months old, thy said there was force used & also manager not available. nxt day there was call to bring back frame to send to works manager fr his version,
i had enough of this ,i got nose bridge changed fr just 50/ @ bvk inyager rd, which works out far less than to come back to you with out assurence,
i am 54 yrs old & wearing glass past 36yrs , this is worst experience ,better sell quality stuff & make money ,not once it leaves ur hand ,it is my problem policy
