I had called this place to find out basic details such as their pricing, available timings etc. and they were not willing to pass on any information over the phone. I told the guy answering the phone that it would not make sense for me to waste time to visit their center if say for example, they are grossly expensive or their timings are absolutely not suitable for me. However, the person answering the phone was really curt about it and was not willing to give out any info & really didn't seem to mind the fact that he was losing a potential customer over this. This lack of transparency & apathetic attitude was to me a sign of unprofessionalism & pathetic customer service, something that I would never compromise upon while choosing any service.
