I am a regular customer to Dominoes richmond town. I had a very bad experience with home delivery. The pizza was delivered late and when I asked for the discount the delivery boy took back the pizza from me and said that it is not free. When I called the store, they defended the delivery boy's behaviour and spoke to me very rudely. They should not keep the 30 minute or free policy if they cant honour it and they should treat customers with regard. I dont think anyone will want to order from dominoes again after receiving this kind of behaviour from the staff. It is especially not expected from a store manager.
