Recently I shifted from Kolkata to Pune. From Kolkata I selected Sahara Packers and Movers for house hold shifting and my car shifting. I was in a discussion for some days about the time required. Every time they told it will take 8 days max. As I was shifting with my family(1 year old kid) so it was very much urgent to get those house hold items. I paid them full on that day. When I reached and tried to call them, it was not answering my call. For 3 days I tried and every time I got user busy.(I don't know how can a person is busy for 24hrs a day). At last I called to their Pune office and asked about the status. They told me I was missguided, as the shifting takes 10 days. Again I was waiting for another 3 days. Finally when I received all my items it was almost 13 days. I suffered a lot with my daughter and wife. Now the most unfortunate thing is, I loaded 13Ltr of Petrol in my i10 car. Now when it reached Pune the petrol was almost nil and I was not able to take the car to my nearest petrol pump. The kilometer ran was hardly 60KM. They just stole petrol from my car. When I asked the gave me explanation that the road was hilly so petrol consumption was huge. I was not expecting this kind of answer. Not even a ltr of petrol is left in my car so that I can take my car to petrol pump. Those Sahara Packers and Movers are just a cheating firm and operating in India. Guys please do not go with these Sahara as end of the day you will suffer.
