Saturday was free for me so I decided to indulge in something which i always wanted and never tried. I was browsing for entertainment options like fine dining in a new restaurant or something when i hit upon the idea of going for a Spa treatment from a site. I quickly looked up the best Spas in Chennai and found Influence Spa being spoken about in few places. So i looked up the site and liked the pics and decided to go for one treatment. While most were expensive for me I took the more affordable one â ie the Reflexology treatments which are a 30 minute session for about Rs, 650. They also had 60 minute sessions for 1200 but i wanted to try it so i took the 30 minute session.
And i was delighted with the experience!
First it was the decor and interiors that pleased me âamazing music, peace and smell! They had a lemongrass fragrance that day in the lounge area. Once inside the spa room, they put me on a nice plush spachair and started the Foot reflexology. I was offered a yummy tomato apple juice as a health drink. As i sipped, the massage girl gently they pressed the reflex points which destressed the pressure and relaxed the muscles immediately. Post that they gave a hot stone therapy which was awesome. All this in just 30 minutes! I had the time of my life...and happy that i chose Influence Spa.
