Dear Flat purchaser, I bought flat in guduvanchery to allwin builders. My flat is register on November month. Till now not yet complete the building works and not provided EB card and all. They don't want good relationship to customer`s once flat is sold out.They treated us like servant, if we ask the fault`s in building and they deliver words very harshly. I had very worst experience with them. So if you plan to go with them please get the written statement on completion date and pay final amount once you get the all documents + EB card.
I don`t wrote this review for personal motive, seriously its happening and if you want to check. Please visit to my flat and then decide it`s true or not.
