I don't think your hospital every grow up. My bad experience is regarding the bill payment. After the consultation with the doctor, and my son wasn't so well, I wanted to rush back to home as he was weak. Since I did not have cash in my wallet, requested to charge the amount from my Card. They argued, below 500, they won't accept the card. And one receptionist said, they will charge 2% if have to use the card. I accepted to charge me the charges. Then another receptionist did not accept stating that's the rule of the hospital not to use card below 500. Finally, since there was no choice, I need to walk for a distance holding my son. Also in my surprise, they did not trust me, asked if I am coming back 4-5 times, then I had to ask them to follow me. One security was following me. Such an embarrassment!!! I have never come across from a hospital.. Then I requested them to let me talk to the manager. Manager was more rude than the receptionists. He said Rule is rule.. Can't change for one patient.. I don't see any plate stating, you don't accept card below 500.. But you have a big board saying 2% charges for cards...
When you charge Rs. 250 for the consultation already, why do you even so miser about 2%, i.e. Rs 5. After all I was ready to pay that 2%. What's wrong in swiping the card? Horrible place to visit ever in my life. Shame on your management!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..
You will lose many patients/customer because of that stupid rule you are maintaining..
My advice to all, never step in there.. The Director Praveen himself doesn't know how to talk to a customer who visited his hospital.. How would someone expect a proper treatment from other staffs...
