A Total Fraud: I had given my Kenstar washing machine for repair. lTotally unlike the estimate they gave me, they had charged a sum of Rs.7000 for the repair of this 6 year old machine which costs less than 13K. And after paying the amount, they left the machine at home without giving us proper demo. And the machine was still faulty. On checking the bill in detail, I found that they had claimed to have replaced parts that never had complaints. I felt something really fishy and I called them up. I asked for the replaced parts to be returned, to which they had no proper answer. Ever since, they are not attending my calls. I am totally puzzled and have no clue what my next plan of action should be. My advice to you all is simple: Stay away from such fraudsters.
