Bad.. Worst.. billing staff as written in other reviews, I paid 290 for hair cut under membership quota. They try to prove themselves right and won't heed to your statements.
This doesn't seems like a multi branch outlet but more like a con-agency. Naturals no longer has an active customer service email, phone nor a website.
