Vishal, my experience with Fortis Hospital has been is one of the great and i will always remain indebted to doctors and staff of fortis through out my life. Let me share my experience, my mother was suffering from a fever for 3 days, have shown to local doc at ulhasnagar, advised to admit her in hospital for 3 days and i have been told her will be ok but she didn't , moved to other hospital in Kalyan ( dont want to name hospital and doc) - she diagnosed with phenomia... doc guaranteed she will be fine in 5 days with heavy doses of ant biotics and icu care... had spent lot of money at these 2 hospitals, on the 5th day, doc called and told me her situation is worsened and she needs to be moved out from, here and needs to taken to Fortis. i had left with no option but to admit her in Fortis Hopsital in very critical condition, doc attended her imdtly, i have been explained about the cost part before admission, unlike any other hospital, i have been provided aprox estimate paper, which no other hospital provides. docs kept on providing me feedback on my mother 3 times day in very simple language and been very co-operative. withn 2 days she improved and moved in wards where nurses took very great care of her, like one of the member of family. i have no words to express my gratitude towards the incharge nurse... she has taken great care within week, mother recovered from very critical condition and been discharged. after visiting local hospitals 1st and Fortis later, i came to know the difference between quality care and transparency. to my surpirse, final bill was not very high and surely less than what's local hospital squeezed from me. i will say Fortis Hospital - kalyan provides great quality care and staff specially nurses are best in any hospital of this area.and more satisfactory was Fortis Hospital Kalyan saved life of my mother. Kudos to fortis staff and docs. my advised to people would be instead of visiting local hospital where they fool you are charged you like anything better to visit Fortis hospital kalyan if you are resident of kalyan - dombivali, thank you.
