I have dealt with this builder (Soham Group), in my expeience I found it very difficult as the builder (or rather the personnel involved ie senior mangers at Soham Group) are inflexible and in some case quite unresonable wiuth their attitudes. To potential home buyers, I would not recommend this builder.
